CT Lottery Relocating to Rocky Hill CT

Sentry Commercial is pleased to announce the successful execution of a monumental lease agreement between our client Sapphire I51, LLC and the esteemed tenant, Connecticut Lottery Corporation. The lease encompasses 136,615 SF of prime office and warehouse space located at 15 Sterling Drive, Wallingford CT. 

This landmark transaction solidifies Sentry Commercial’s commitment to facilitating substantial real estate ventures and fostering economic growth in the region as all three branches of the company contributed to its success. In addition to Sentry Commercial Brokerage Advisory representing the landlord in lease negotiations, Sentry Commercial Construction Management represented the owner during construction of the project and the property is managed by Sentry Commercial Property Management.

Connecticut Lottery Corporation was represented by CBRE-Hartford.
