According to the Hartford Business Journal, a construction services firm based in Torrington, O&G Industries, through its associated LLC, acquired an office building in Avon for $1.37 million. The property, located at 40 Darling Drive, encompasses 11,416 square feet and sits on 4 acres. It was sold by Chapdelaine Enterprises LLC.
