521,886SF warehouse approved in Bloomfield

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Bloomfield’s Planning and Zoning commission recently approved permits for the construction of a 521,886 SF warehouse. The new construction will be built on a currently vacant 55 acre parcel located at 60-116 West Dudley Town Rd. Per the article, the warehouse will boast “…118 loading docks, 206 trailer parking spaces and 361 car parking spaces.”
