Approval Granted for Contractor Space Project in Suffield

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a Suffield-based electrician recently received the green light from Suffield Planning and Zoning Commission to build a multi-tenant industrial contractor facility on his property. The facility will be built on 2.3-acres of land at 1300 East St., South. Per the article, “Each unit will have a 120-square-foot office, 25-square-foot restroom and 30-foot by 60-foot storage space with a garage door…”
