Commercial Plaza in Orange sells for $7M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a commercial plaza in Orange was recently sold to a Brandford-based investment group. The plaza, located at 185 Boston Post Rd., features 56,000SF and 6.25 acres. The plaza, which is home to serveral storefronts and restaurants, was sold for $7M.
