According to the Hartford Business Journal, Milford Post Company LLC recently sold two commercial properties on Boston Post Rd. in Milford, to Colony Parks LLC. The two properties, located at 1590 Boston Post Rd. and 1596 Boston Post Rd. make up a combined approx. 7,660SF including a retail store and a restaurant. The property sits on less than 1 acre and was sold for $2M.
