According to the Hartford Business Journal, a mixed-use office & retail complex located in downtown Hartford has sold for $4.75M. The property includes an eight-story office and retail building located at 242 Trumbull St., a five-floor annex building at 64 Pratt St., and a two-floor property at 40 Pratt St. totaling 324,000SF. Per the article, the buyers plan to “…convert a majority of the property into as many as 286 residential units, while maintaining commercial tenants on the second floor, and retail tenants on the first floor…”
