Farmington based investor pays $3.7M for properties in Central CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Skytree Investments recently purchased property located at 423 Main St. in Middletown for $2.2M. The 40,000 SF mixed use commercial building sits on just under 1 acre. Additionally, the same buyer recently acquired 9,554 SF of office space located at 1789 New Britain Ave., in Farmington for $1.48M.
