Former fitness center in South Windsor sells for $4.5M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a former fitness center located in close proximity to South Windsor’s Evergreen Walk was recently sold for $4.5M. The 42,313 SF building is located at 100 Cedar Ave. Per the article, the site had previously “…been eyed as a potential electric vehicle dealership site, but the town’s Planning and Zoning Commission denied a zoning modification needed…”
