Future Warehouse Site in Windsor Sold for $43.5M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Winstanley Enterprises recently sold a nearly completed logistics center, located at 500 Groton Rd., to NorthPoint Development for $43.5 million. The property sits on 93.78 acres and boasts a 530,000SF logistics center.
