Growing, Production, and Retail Facility Planned for Hartford

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a Massachusetts cannabis company has bought a second Hartford property, located at 165 Brainard Rd., for $4M. In May, the company had purchased a 3,126SF building, located at 167 Brainard Rd., for $2.5M. The purchase of the adjacent 5.2-acre property, with a 28,000SF building, is all part of a “…planned growing, production and retail facility off Interstate 91” per the article.
