Hamden property sells for $685,000

According to New Haven Biz, Sharma Realty LLC recently purchased a 4,600 SF building located at 2620 Whitney Ave in Hamden. The property was sold by Whitney & Elm LLC for $685,000 and will be renovated to accomodate a dental office.
