Hartford Industrial Buildings Sold for $1.62M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Staypoint Properties, based in Hartford, recently purchased two adjacent industrial buildings in Hartford. The properties total nearly 30,000SF and are located at 485 Ledyard St. (17,825 SF), and 500 Ledyard St. (10,956SF). The properties were purchased from McGuire Properties for $1.62M.
