Hartford’s Cast Iron Building Listed for Sale

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 25,000SF mixed-use building located in downtown Hartford has recently been listed for sale. The property at 235-241 Aslyum St., known as the “Cast Iron Building” is listed with an asking price of $3.2M. Per the article, “The Cast Iron Building hosts the popular New York Deli & Market on the first floor. There are eight apartments on the fourth through seventh floors.”
