Middletown truck terminal proposed

According to the Hartford Business Journal, the owner of a Wallingford-based transportation company is looking to build a 8,100 SF warehouse on currently vacant land in Middletown. The warehouse, if approved, would be located at 370 Timber Ridge Rd. Per the article, the property would have 8 standard loading docks along with “…24 regular parking spaces and parking for 18 tractor trailers when they are not using the loading docks.”
