Multifamily and mixed-use plan submitted in West Hartford

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a New Jersey based developer has applied to build a five-story building on New Britain Ave in West Hartford. The new construction would consist of 150 apartments along with 17,241 SF of restaurant and retail space. If approved, the building would total 205,262 SF.
