New Britain Office Building Sells for $900,000

According to the Hartford Business Journal, The former Connecticut Bar Association, located at 30 Bank St. in New Britain, recently sold its headquarters for $900,000. Per the article, the buyer of the 26,324 SF three-story office building “…plans to transform the site into a market-rate apartment complex.”
