New development project planned in Newington

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Noble Energy Real Estate Holdings LLC gained approval to develop a currently vacant 9-acre site at 751 Russell Road in Newington. Per the article, the new development will include “…a gas station, car wash, convenience store and electric vehicle dealership.” The convenience store will total 8,400SF and the electric vehicle dealership will add an additional 23,500SF.
