North Branford industrial building sells for $850,000

According to the Hartford Business Journal, PP Connecticut Real Estate LLC recently sold the property located at 100 Shaw Rd., in North Branford to PBA Construction Inc. The 21,100SF building sits on 2.6 acres and sold for $850,000.
