Over 72,000 SF leased to various tenants in Rocky Hill

According to the Hartford Business Journal, several new leases have been signed within Corporate Ridge. The three building portfolio sits at 55 Capital Blvd., 175 Capital Blvd. and 500 Enterprise Dr. in Rocky Hill. Between the three buildings, there were recently a combined total of over 72,000 SF leased to various companies.
