Retail property in Hartford sells to cannabis company for $2.5M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a Massachusetts-based cannabis retailer and grower has recently purchased a 3,126 SF property located at 167 Brainard Rd. in Hartford. The property sits on nearly a half acre off Interstate 91 and sold for $2.5M. Per the article, the buyers applied for special permitting “…for renovation of the concrete-block Restoration Lighting building into a 7,600-square-foot “state-of-the-art” retail and educational space for adult use and medical cannabis sales.”
