According to the Hartford Business Journal, Destiny Properties recently sold a 2-story building located at 2075 Silas Deane Highway in Rocky Hill for $940,000. The property sits on just under an acre and features an 8,820SF office building. Per the article, the office building will serve  “…as headquarters for mental health, addiction and trauma recovery nonprofit Advocacy Unlimited…”
