Renovations planned for two historic office buildings in Hartford

According to the Hartford Business Journal, the Capital Region Development Authority is considering a loan to aid in the redevelopment and conversion of two state office buildings on Hartford’s Trinity Street. The $6.5M loan being considered is just a piece of the $45.35M conversion which would turn the old office building into 108 apartments and a restaurant.
