120,000 SF warehouse in South Windsor sold for $9M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Snowball Developments purchased 555 Nutmeg Rd in South Windsor for $9M. The nearly 120,000 SF industrial building sits on 12 acres. Per the article, the property “…offers room for an expansion of the existing building, or development of outdoor storage in a market with heavy demand for logistics sites.”
