14,000 sq. ft. leased in Bloomfield’s Atrium office building

According to the Hartford Business Journal, The Capitol Region Education Council (CREC) recently lease 14,000 SF of office space in the Atrium located at 1300 Hall Blvd. in Bloomfield.  Per the article, “CREC has signed an eight-year-lease at the Atrium, with options to extend for up to 10 years…”
