The former Coffee Break facility located at 20 Connecticut South Drive, East Granby CT recently sold for $945,000. The 15,460 SF single-story industrial building located in the Newgate International Business Center was originally constructed for Funkhouser Realty Associates LLC in 1989.  Coffee Break purchased the property in 2005 and occupied it until the sale.

Sentry Commercial was hired by Glassman Realty LLC to sell the property and was the sole broker in the transaction.
