19,800 SF Enfield industrial building plan approved

According to the Hartford Business Journal, 29 Moody Road LLC has gained approvals to move forward in the new construction of a multi-tenant industrial building at 29 Moody Rd. in Enfield. The property, containing 4.7 acres, will feature a 19,800 SF industrial building with 11 individual units at 1,800 SF each. Per the article, the units “…would be suitable for light manufacturing and assembly work, including repairs, warehousing and storage, packaging and distribution of goods, and service and special trade contractors…”
