Several Hartford properties being sold for redevelopment
According to the Hartford Business Journal, Hartford City Council recently agreed to the sale of several blighted properties for redevelopment, a move that could breathe new life into neighborhoods and stimulate economic growth in the city. The properties, which total nearly 24,000 SF, are located at the following addresses:
- 21-23 Bond St.: 6,162 square feet
- 106-108 Sisson Ave.: 5,580 square feet
- 125 Sterling St.: 2,072 square feet
- 21-23 Sterling St.: 5,462 square feet
- 40-42 Huntington St.: 4,641 square feet
