Amazon Purchases Vacant Retail Space in Orange

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Amazon recently purchased two vacant retail plazas located at 48-50 Boston Post Rd. in Orange. The two properties combined total over 193,000 SF and over 22 acres. The properties were sold by Great Island Development Group Orange LLC to the e-commerce giant for $14M. Per the article, “It is unclear what Amazon’s plans are for the property.”
