Arburg sells Newington CT facility

Machine construction company Arburg, Inc., has sold 125 Rockwell Road, Newington, CT.  The 29,680 SF industrial facility on 2.05 acres was purchased by Maymar Realty, LLC for $1.3M.

American Tool & Manufacturing Corporation will occupy the building. The machine design company is expanding from 12,000 SF at 75 Rockwell Road, Newington and are expected to be relocated before the end of this quarter.
