Cigna relocating/expanding from Windsor to Bloomfield CT

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Cigna is leaving 125,000 SF at 3 Waterside Crossing, Windsor and relocating its 300 IT employees to Cigna’s corporate headquarters at 900 Cottage Grove Road, Bloomfield. The facility is currently undergoing a $90M+ renovation.

The health insurance provider is also leasing 65,000 SF at 1300 Hall Boulevard, Bloomfield as well as doubling the size of “Cigna University”, its training and learning center at 1350 Hall Boulevard, Bloomfield.
