Commercial Building Planned for Enfield

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a developer based out of Torrington has proposed to build a 10,800 SF commercial building on a portion of vacant land located at 161 Post Office Rd. in Enfield. Per the article, “applicants recently won Planning and Zoning approval to subdivide the property into a 10.3-acre parcel and a 2.3-acre parcel for the proposed project.”
