Corporate Office Park in Shelton Sells for $7.2M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a multi-building corporate park located at 30, 50 and 70-90 Ivy Brook Rd., in Shelton has sold for $7.2M. Per the article, the sale included “…more than 113,000 square feet over three buildings…” with approx. 73% of that space leased.
