Torrington Medical Office Buildings Sold for $8.15M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, two medical office buildings located at 245 Alvord Park Rd., in Torrington have sold for $8.15M. The 5.4-acre property features two medical office buildings, one totaling 22,261 SF  and the second totaling 15,470 SF. Per the article, both buildings are fully leased.
