CT Bar Association Announces New Lease in Meriden

According to the Hartford Business Journal, the Connecticut Bar Association recently announced they’ve leased 8,364 square-feet of office space at 538 Preston Ave., in the Meriden Executive Park. The CBA sold it’s 26,324-square-foot office building at 30 Bank St. in New Britain last June for $900,000.
