Developer Proposes 540 New Residential Units for The Hartford’s Former Simsbury Campus

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a New Jersey based developer who purchased The Hartford‘s former Simsbury office campus in 2016, plans to add 540 new residential units to the ever growing 172 acre property. Per the article, “the developer also wants to build 11 duplexes and 70 single-family homes. Amenities would include a community facility, pool and playground, according to plans.”
