Industrial Complex Sold for $4.4M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, an industrial complex, located at 22 Prindle Hill Rd., in Orange, recently was sold by Maurer Metalcraft Associates LLC to ET Real Estate 2 LLC for $4.4M. Per the article, “The manufacturing site, built in 1961, contains a 32,000-square-foot manufacturing plant, and was renovated in 2010 when a 5,000-square-foot warehouse was built on the 3-acre industrial property.”
