Downtown Hartford Building Eyed for 78-Unit Apartment Conversion

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Hartford-based real estate investors are seeking funding for a $26.7M redevelopment of 15 Lewis St., in Hartford into 78 apartments. The five-story building has been vacant since 2020. Per the article, “The project would result in 51 studios, 24 one-bedroom units and three two-bedroom apartments.”
