Nonprofit Broadcaster Explores Renovation of Hartford HQ

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a nonprofit broadcaster intends to transform the ground floor of its Hartford office tower into a public engagement center. The property, located at 1049 Asylum Ave., in Hartford features 62,960SF on 2.7 acres. They are actively seeking public and private grants to fund this $3.2 million project that will include “…a public engagement center, including a 225-person auditorium, meeting space, black-box studio and a small conference room.”
