EBS renews in East Granby CT

Sentry Commercial is pleased to announce that Energy Beam Sciences, Inc. has recently signed a lease renewal at 29 Kripes Road, East Granby, CT. The laboratory microwave, histology and light microscopy design and manufacturing company has occupied 6,106 SF in the Airport Business Center facility since 2005.  Airport Business Center is a 64,800 square foot, multi-tenant flex development owned by 29 Kripes Road Associates, LLC.

Sentry Commercial represented the landlord and was the sole broker in this transaction.
