Entrepreneurial Pair Invests $3.3M in Significant Portion of Waterbury Mall, Envisions Retail Transformation

According to the Hartford Business Journal, the former Macy’s site at the Brass Mill Center in Waterbury was recently sold for $3.3M. The 161,744SF building has 11.45 acres and per the article, the new owners plan “to reconfigure the former Macy’s site into a plaza of separate retailers. An Ashley outlet will occupy about 30,000 square feet…”
