The Day’s Headquarter in New London Under Contract

According to the Hartford Business Journal, High Tide Capital, a development company based in Maine, has signed a Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire The Day’s former New London headquarters. The four story property located at 47 Eugene O’Neill Dr. sold for $1.9M. Per the article, “The Day said it is finalizing plans for a new downtown home. ”
