Farmington Developer Proposes Zone Change to Facilitate Expansion of Medical Campus

According to the Hartford Business Journal, a Farmington development company applied for a zone change in order to redevelop the 4.6 acre property they purchased in 2021. The property, located at 111 South Rd., in Farmington is currently zoned for professional office use, but the development company is seeking a change to a “…more flexible medical office/research floating zone,” per the article. The application also requests the adjacent property at, 16 Munson Rd., be included in the zone change.
