Farmington Office Complex Sells for $30M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, the Pond View Corporate Center, located at 74-76 Batterson Park Rd., in Farmington, was recently sold for $29.75M. The property was 90% leased at time of sale and, per the article, “…contains more than 225,500 square feet of office space over two buildings in a busy area off I-84, near Hartford and I-91.”
