Industrial Property in Cromwell Sells for $1.25M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Whitehawk Land LLC recently purchased a 12,174SF industrial building in Cromwell for $1.25M. The building, which is 35 years old, is situated on 2.44 industrially zoned acres at 800 Corporate Row. It features 18-foot wall heights, two loading docks, and three drive-in doors.
