Manchester Property Sells for $1.25M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, Highland Park Market, a Manchester-based grocery chain, recently acquired the Bogner Quality Meats location in Manchester for $1.25M. The property, a 19,438SF building on 5.7 acres at 349 Wetherell St., will undergo refurbishment to serve as storage, a centralized bakery, and a kitchen for prepared foods sold at Highland Park Market’s three locations in Manchester, Glastonbury, and Farmington.
