Marlin Firearms building sold

C. Cowles & Company has purchased the former Marlin Firearms building at 100 Kenna Drive, North Haven, CT.  The precision metal-stamping company purchased the 226,000 SF industrial facility on 23 acres for $1.7M.  Cowles plans to consolidate operating divisions, bringing up to 60 new jobs to the area in the process.
