Mixed-use plaza sold in Wallingford
According to the Hartford Business Journal, CCMD Investments sold the mixed-use property located at 360-368 Main St. to Faveli Properties for $430,000. Per the article, “…the two-story building contains multiple storefronts over 3,782 square feet of space, and 1,920 square feet of residential space on the second story.”
