New 500,000 SF development planned for Branford

According to the Hartford Business Journal, developers have recently announced plans for a new 500,000 SF medical and life sciences property that will sit on 120 acres and border I-95 in Branford. Per the article, the new development will “…provide space for doctors, researchers and innovators to do their work in a park-like setting, with trees, creeks and walking paths, while also providing easy highway access.”
