Property in Coventry sold for $3.2M

According to the Hartford Business Journal, CV Equity I LLC recently purchased a 23.7 acre property located at 120 Main St., 138 Main St. and three neighboring properties, all in Coventry, for $3.2M. The purchase included an approx. 10,000 SF warehouse, office building and cellular telecom tower.
